Muchas gracias to all of you for your responses! I love knowing more about you, whether it pertains to gaseous episodes or WWII stories (note: I inadvertently first wrote "gaseous episodes of WWII. "Paging Dr. Freud, paging Dr. Freud, your slip is showing..."). As for Moi, well, wow. I'm going to reread your response several times and try to integrate all those incredible new bits of you into the you that I already know. A special shout out goes to my new friend, a. fanny, who courageously threw her lot in with the rest of us. I'm very excited to have proof that someone outside my small circle of supporters has noticed me. That is, unless one of you guys--and you know who you are--are masquerading as anonymous readers. If so, good thinking!
I had several things on my mind today that I might have blogged about, but instead I drank whiskey. So now I'm good for nothing, unless you count sludging around in my jammies and thinking wistfully about how soon I can go to bed without feeling embarrassed.
So I'll go now and hope that I wake up in a more blog-worthy mood tomorrow. Until then, I leave you with this image:

A couple things here. Yes, who is a. fanny? Why does he/she feel the need point out that they only have one? I mean, don't we all? And, most importantly, who is he/she bringing to the party?
Secondly: Oh, you people with cameras. Life is one big ol' never-ending slapstick-inducing opportunity isn't it? (Insert smiley face here so that you know I am saying this tongue-in-cheek and I don't get your "biatch!" brain waves hitting me all day long).
Thirdly: (hanging head in humorous shame), I do that some Friday nites, too. When there's nothing on television and I don't want to read and all I can do is wait until it is a reasonable time for a Friday nite to just pack it in and hit the hay. God, are we getting older or just less and less amused/amusing?
hooo ahh, you girls crack me up!yeah-who is a.fanny? I tried to follow back the name and got nuthin'
nice picture, Wicked! and who is that very talented snow-butter?
I had a lovely friday noc laughing about eyeballs....and toes*.
